Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Not all the products apply for a return or refund, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns and Refunds only apply to products market or listed as “New” when listed for sale in our website

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, products listed as “USED, RETURNS, SALVAGE, FLOOR MODEL, DEMO MODEL, AS IS, NON WORKING ELECTRONIC ITEMS, NO POWER ON and or PRODUCTS TESTED AS NOT FUNCTIONAL” .

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you decide to return an item email us at admin@offershoot.com and let us know so we can approve your return prior to shipping your item back. After approving your return we will provide you with an address to send your item back.

DEFINITION OF TERMS USED:

  • NEW-SHOULD BE NEW APPEARS TO HAVE NEVER BEEN USED AND APPEARS COMPLETE.
  • OPEN BOX: OPEN BOX: GENERALLY THESE ITEMS ARE SIMILAR TO RETURNS THEY HAD BEING OPENED FOR SOME REASON OR RETURNED TO THE STORE BUT THEY ARE IN GOOD CONDITION SOME OF THESE ITEMS CAN BE MISSING MANUALS OR SMALL PIECES FROM THE BOX.
  • SHELF PULL-SHOULD BE NEW APPEARS TO HAVE NEVER BEEN USED BUT MAY HAVE DAMAGED PACKAGING OR MAY BE MISSING PIECES DUE TO DAMAGED PACKING.
  • FLOOR MODEL-WAS USED IN STORE FOR DISPLAY SHOULD BE NEW MAY BE MISSING ACCESSORIES ETC. MAY SHOW SOME MINOR WARE.
  • DEMO MODEL-SHOULD BE DISPLAY UNIT THAT WAS USED TO DEMONSTRATE USE, SO SHOWS SOME WEAR, MAY BE MISSING ACCESSORIES ETC.
  • AS IS-IF IT SAYS AS IS IN TITLE OR DESCRIPTION THERE IS VISIBLE USE OR DAMAGE.
  • IF IT IS AN ELECTRONIC ITEM MAY BE FOR PARTS ONLY OR HAVE HEAVY WEAR
  • NO POWER– MEANS DOES NOT TURN ON.
  • POWERS ON-ITEM TURNS ON BUT FUNCTIONALITY IS NOT TESTED OR UNKNOWN.
  • ON WORKING-ITEM POWERS ON AND SEEMS TO BE WORKING HOWEVER WE DO NOT FULLY TEST ANY ITEMS.
  • FOR EXAMPLE IF STEREO WE MAY CHECK FOR SOUND BUT NOT CHECK CD PLAYER OR REVERSED. ALSO TVS ARE NOT CHECKED FOR MORE THAN 1 OUTPUT TO GET PICTURE REST NOT TESTED, NOR IS SOUND ALWAYS TESTED. SOME ITEMS TESTED AT TIME OF LISTING MAY NOT WORK WHEN YOU RECEIVE UPON SHIPPING, ETC. HOWEVER, NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR ITEMS THAT ARE SOLD AS IS

BID RETRACTION –
ANY QUESTIONS EMAIL US AT LEAST A DAY BEFORE AUCTION OR DO NOT BID AS NO BIDS CAN BE RETRACTED DAY OF AUCTION OR WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION START FOR ANY REASON.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you bought the item in new condition. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@offershoot.com and we provide you an address to send your item back.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Do not send any products back without having a RETURN AUTHORIZATION APPROVAL first

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING

  • Once auctions are paid they will be pulled, packaged and shipped. All items will be shipped at least 24 hours after auction had been paid for. We use whatever items we have on hand to package and ship.  It is buyers responsibility to provide any additional packaging supplies needed or wanted.

Reporting Shortages/Wrong Items

  • Any shortages, wrong items, or not as described items must be reported as follows:
  • WRONG ITEMS OR NOT AS DESCRIBED ITEMS.
  • BIDDERS SHIPPING – MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS of auction. IF NOT SHIPPED AND RECEIVED WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME THEN WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHORTAGES, WRONG ITEMS OR NOT AS DESCRIBED ITEMS.
  • Also if a customer buys more than one of the same thing one week then another week we cannot help with any wrong item complaints.

Bidding

BIDDING INCREMENTS ON A SINGLE ITEM ARE $2 ANYONE BIDDING IN LOWER BID INCREMENT WILL BE ASKED TO SEND THE NEXT VALID BID INCREMENT.

There is a 10% Premium Fee charge Extra for all the products bought through our auction page even if you use the Buy Now Option.

This fee can be avoid if you buy the same product listed in our regular shop, out of our auction page.

If you don’t find the same product in our shop and you want to use the Buy it Now option, please let us know before buying and we will remove the fee for you.

ACCOUNTS
We do not allow more than one account. If a new one is created for the same person it will be automatically blocked. You cannot use the same credit card for two accounts.
